DES MOINES / CLEAR ANSWERS
Keep the local questions in view.
Is the market snapshot for the City of Des Moines?
No. The August 2026 DMAAR table covers its primary seven-county service area. It is not a city-only series and does not refer to Des Moines County.
Are Iowa’s announced November terms already active?
The official notice says changes take effect November 2, 2026. At this October 25 review that date is still ahead. Confirm the rules that govern the actual reservation and closing.
Does an NFC reference mean every Des Moines property qualifies?
No. NFC identifies designated areas and a property locator. The actual property, applicant, project and funding proposal need NFC’s own review; MITEY has reserved no funds.
